Only in Korea is it normal to see so many people walking around in hospital gowns with no coats in winter dragging around an IV or rolling around in a wheel chair. You may even see a group of people sitting outside at a plastic table and chairs outside of a convince store drinking beers and smoking cigarettes with a broken arm or an IV drip. One time I saw a man wheeling around with a jug of pee strapped to his wheelchair for his catheter. Where are these people going? Usually going to get alcohol or cigarettes. Sometimes they hobble on crutches to the local Paris Baguette.
This is one thing I may never get used to.
